Solid cams have a reputation for higher rpm power, and for some, the image of a race-only piece inside your engine plagues you. Solids require periodic adjustment, make excessive noise, and are just a little different from what the average guy is running. For some, that’s reason enough to want to run one.

If you have a Solid Camshaft in mind or you have one in the shed, your going to need a set of Performance Solid Mechanical Lifters with Flat Tappets to suit that and you want them to be good quality. We have a cost effective solution by Nason, which had being supplying engine parts in Australia since 1927.

The solid valve lifter set is only suitable for Performance Solid Camshafts.
